FAQ
How long will my order take?
All products are ordered from the manufacturer on demand so orders can take up to 15 days to be produced. If you look at your invoice, the "Due Date" is the latest date we expect to despatch your order.
How is my order shipped?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for small parcels and UPS Standard for large team orders. You will receive an email once your order has been despatched with the tracking number of your parcel. Make sure you have given us a mobile address to receive text updates from the courier.
I've ordered the wrong size - what can I do?
All items (with the exception of socks) are uniquely customised for you and are therefore non-returnable. It is essential that you check your measurements using the size chart below. The club have been wearing Joma for sometime, so it is worth checking existing clothing for the correct size.
Sizing
Accurate measuring of your child is important to ensure you get the right size as items on this website are non-returnable. Measure your chest (position A) and your waist (position B) in centermetres. Use these measurements against the chart below to determine the best size. Allow for growth and please note ages shown are purely a guideline.
